       James T. Clapp is the CEO of Axiom Management Inc. and has over 24 years of experience in the warehouse, transportation, employment and logistics industries.  He started his career working the docks, organizing warehouse inventories, business development, strategic growth planning, and eventually became Vice President of Business Development and Chief Operating Officer for a major national logistics company. James is a graduate of the Global Logistics Specialist (GLS) program of California State University of Long Beach.


     Gani Gjonbalaj is the Vice President of Axiom Management Inc. He graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science and has over 17 years of experience in business development and logistics.  He began his career in the exam department working as a clerk in a logistics company, but Mr. Gjonbalaj soon found himself as the Vice President of Operations for that company. Mr. Gjonbalaj started working for Axiom Management Inc. in May of 2007, as the acting Vice President.
